Satoshi, Sanpei and the others chase after the mysterious ninja corps in order to rescue the abducted chieftain of the Ninja Village. The boss of the ninja corps, Kagetomo, desires a one-on-one fight with Sanpei's older brother Ippei and sends his underling to where Satoshi and the others are. The battle gets more and more fierce... and then, when Pikachu gets in trouble, something strange happens to Satoshi's Gekogashira! And then a mysterious phenomenon happens to Satoshi as well...?
